Hi, I'm Christy
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who feels honoured when a client allows me into their inner world. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to show up as your authentic self. This means without feeling like you need to filter, perform, or have everything figured out.
Whether you’re trying to make sense of patterns that keep showing up, navigate relationships, manage overwhelming emotions, work through past experiences, or simply feel more grounded, I believe there is value in slowing down and understanding not only what you’re experiencing, but also why it may be happening and how it has come to shape you.
You do not need to arrive with the perfect words. You can show up confused, frustrated, overwhelmed, unsure, or not even entirely certain why you’re seeking therapy yet. My role is to create a space where we can be to curious.

What sessions may feel like
You can arrive unsure.
You don’t need a diagnosis or a clear plan to begin.
We can get curious.
We explore emotions, relationships, experiences and patterns together.
We keep checking in.
We set goals in and outside sessions, checking in with one another as you progress.
A little about me
A big reason I created Made For You Therapy is because I’m someone with a lot of seemingly random hobbies and interests. Over time, I’ve realized that this has helped me build relationships with clients that are so unique to them. One minute we might be talking about video games or the gym, and the next we’re talking about stand-up comedy, 90s rock, or something completely different. I’m naturally curious and genuinely enjoy learning about the things that matter to people. I may be a bit of a “master of none,” but there’s a good chance I’ll either relate to your interests, be genuinely curious about them, or end up wanting to try them myself!! 🙂
